Inventory turns over fast so stop by often!
The CHP thrift store is loaded with clothing, furniture, and housewares. Our clothing is $3 an item for most pieces. The bargain barn on campus is filled with affordable trinkets and treasures.
Find everything from new and gently used clothing such as Nike, Ralph Lauren, Vince Camuto, Vera Bradley, designer pieces, and more.
As part of our ministry, Community Helping Place offers store vouchers for qualifying Lumpkin County residents who need essential household items and clothing.
Donating to the Store
We accept donations of gently used items. We are unable to accept any donations the staff believes to be unsellable.
How does the thrift store benefit CHP?
The Rock House Thrift Store is our primary source of funding for the free medical and dental clinics, the food pantry, emergency financial assistance and many other services to the most vulnerable members of our community.
Donating and shopping at the store is an important way to further and fund CHP’s mission to address with care and compassion the needs of the people of Lumpkin County by offering humanitarian services.
