Free Medical and Dental Clinic
Our clinics provide primary care, laboratory services, medication assistance, simple tooth extractions, teeth cleaning, and referrals. All of these services go to our communities under-privileged, homeless, and working poor who do not have health insurance and cannot afford medical care.

We provide contact information and referral services to appropriate social service agencies.
In 2017 our clinics provided 1,023 patient visits, 386 lab visits, dispensed 778 medications in the Prescription Assistance Program, and made 150 successful specialist referrals.
Patient Qualifications:
Be a Lumpkin County Resident
Be completely uninsured (NO Medicaid or Medicare)
Income at or below 20% of poverty level
